Ben Dailey, Lead Pastor, is known for his creative style of communication and passion for non-conventional ministry. He reaches one of the most culturally diverse congregations in the nation. His unique ministry approach, along with his passion to reach the un-churched, has produced an atmosphere for record growth. Ben has served as a church planter, ministry consultant and senior pastor. Ben has been married to his wife, Kim, for 19 years and has 2 children, Kyla and Kade.
