For more than 37 years, Calvary has been a family of believers who dared to dream together. This church has celebrated many victories that began with only a dream. Today Calvary numbers into the thousands and has become known for its passion to REACH: UP to worship God, IN to serve one another, OUT to change the world.

And we have never stopped dreaming. It is our belief that every great accomplishment in life begins with a dream. Today we dream about expanding our vision in six strategic areas. Vision Expansion will inevitably lead to an increase in lives changed and brought into God’s Kingdom.

We will never stop dreaming…not as long as there are millions of people – perhaps your friends, your family members – in the Metroplex who don’t know Jesus or have a church home.

We challenge you to make room in your heart, your relationships, your plans and in your church for God to work through you to fulfill His purpose. Let’s REACH AHEAD together.

The Plan:
Every dream must take the form of a plan to come to fruition. It is true that we “get what we plan for.” We, therefore, present the following six strategic areas of increase in order to realize our dream fulfilled:

1. OUTREACH EXPANSION

Ministry to disadvantaged families
Partnering with local community services
Expansion of celebrate recovery
Apartment Life

2. FACILITIES UPGRADE

Freeway signage / amphitheater completion
Painting, carpet upgrades / storage
Garden of meditation / technical upgrades

3. ADDITIONAL WORSHIP SERVICES

Increased number of weekend worship services at main campus

4. INTERNET CAMPUS

New technology and additional staff for reaching the world through live worship services on the internet

5. SATELLITE CAMPUSES

4 satellite campuses: north, south, east and west
1 church in 5 locations of the metroplex

6. STAFF AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Increased and equipped staff to serve additional services and satellite campuses
THE PARTICIPATION:
Because we believe we should advance together, we are asking 1,000 persons to participate in REACHING AHEAD by making the following commitment:

$25 per week [which is equal to a large cup of coffee from your favorite coffee house monday through friday over the next 3 years.]

This level of giving will allow Calvary to Reach Ahead.

While we suggest $25 weekly as a minimum gift to REACHING AHEAD, it may be that some will decide to give more because of God’s favor upon their lives. Won't you consider making a commitment today?
