Facilities Coordinator (Tier 2)
Job description summary:
The Facilities Coordinator (Tier 2) is a full-time position and is responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in overseeing the normal repairs and maintenance of all buildings and equipment. The team member will accomplish this by maintaining good flow of communication to the Facilities Manager to ensure the facility operates in a safe & functional environment while keeping the grounds maintained. Responsibilities include but not limited to: maintain excellence and efficiency in our facility management services (cleaning, support, property, security), manages and maintains inventory to keep necessary supplies and materials in stock, monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas of the church building, and assisting the setup of the building/properties for various events.
