Who we are

We are so excited that you are considering Calvary Leadership College as you pursue the next steps God has for you in your leadership journey.  We believe that you can change the world! Calvary Leadership College exists to help equip you to fulfill the calling God has placed on your life.  When we all join together in unity and obedience to what God is calling us to individually and collectively, He blesses us and supernaturally multiplies our efforts so that we can fulfill Calvary’s mission to declare and demonstrate the gospel, to everyone, everyday, everywhere.

Calvary Leadership College is our answer to building up and entrusting leaders who will be ready and equipped for all that God has planned for His Kingdom. As a church and throughout our communities, we are building strong and spiritually mature leaders who are poised and ready for any opportunity to help transform our region with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

How we are different

Calvary Leadership College is different from other college experiences in one major way. We take the time to focus on who you ARE before we focus on what you can DO. We want you to invest time, money and energy into WHO YOU ARE as well.

We believe at Calvary Leadership College can give you specific things that will assist you in having a successful future:

Calvary Leadership College exists to train next generation leaders within the church, but we won’t stop there. The potential for spiritual transformation and leadership development within our region is going to primarily come from gospel-centered Christians who have been awakened to the good news of Christ and who are using Biblical leadership principles in their everyday life and work environments.

Internship Tracks

The Internship track is for those not yet interested in pursuing a degree, but still want to take a period of time to focus on their own personal growth and development. This track is for those whose only focus, currently, is that of a “gap year” or “intense discipleship and character development” experience.

In addition to the Internship track, choosing this track is a great-accredited option for those who want to pursue a ministerial or vocational degree or may decide to continue their education at another college.

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we will gather together for student life, as well as, academic classes. Your practicum will be completed throughout the week by way of directed studies in departments, small groups, and weekly services.

All classes are offered online through Southeastern University and are taught by SEU Professors.

Perhaps you find yourself in a place of life where the full-time program is simply not an option. If you have a family or a full-time job, we believe that the part-time program is an excellent fit. Students will pursue the same degree as the full-time students, but in a more flexible format.

Accumulate a minimum of eight practicum hours each week.

Complete 140 practicum hours per semester.

Calvary Leadership College is an extension site of Southeastern University. Our educational programs are designed to foster successful academic achievements that equip students to reach their God-given potential, whether it’s in ministry or in the marketplace. Calvary Leadership College offers programs designed to provide solid education, opportunities to train and equip, and ultimately empower students to leverage their faith and gifts to leave a lasting impact on the world. While enrolled at Calvary Leadership College students may choose to obtain a two-year Associate of Arts degree that is a springboard into any four-year Bachelor program. In addition, we offer focused Associates and Bachelors programs in Ministerial Leadership.

SEU is “a Christ-centered institution of higher learning” based in Lakeland, Florida. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award Associate, Baccalaureate, Masters, and Doctorate degrees, accredited. This is the same accreditation agency that gives accreditation to all state and private schools in the southern US. Enrolling in SEU allows students to begin completing general education courses, which is beneficial to any degree plan they pursue in the future. Transferable college credit can be earned, allowing students to work toward their academic goals while doing college differently at CLC. Also, students become eligible for financial aid and scholarships. This creates opportunity for the student to receive federal grants and government student loans. These financial assistance possibilities offer the chance of funds, in some cases, to cover not only SEU tuition, but also a portion of CLC tuition costs. Students who choose to enroll in SEU take 12 credit hours per semester.

  • Associate of Arts, General Education
  • Associate of Arts of Ministerial Leadership
  • Bachelor of Science of Ministerial Leadership

Practicums are provided to students who want practical leadership training that will prepare them to launch into a successful future in vocational ministry or any marketplace position. Students will be equipped and trained in a specific ministry area through direct interaction with Calvary Leadership College track coaches currently working in that area. Each student will have the opportunity to get in-the-field training and experience to gain expertise in a specific area of ministry while also being developed as a leader. Practicums provide hands-on environments for a student to learn practical skills and tools for their desired field of study.
